Who We Are
Rich Lazzara is a third generation yacht builder and has spent sixteen (16) years with Lazzara International Yacht Sales. Having grown up working in his grandfathers factory he has a first hand knowledge of yacht engineering, processes and construction. In addition his ability to utilize the most modern sales tools such as social networking, blogging, direct email and mobile has allowed him to precisely meet the needs of clients around the world. His combination of yacht building pedigree mixed with leading edge marketing technology have afforded him a high level of success.
Peter has spent his entire life on and around the water and the past two decades focusing on the sale and purchase of quality motor yachts.
A philosophy of under promise over deliver combined with honesty and integrity have guided Peter’s success.
His carrier in the marine industry started in the late seventies at Lantana Boat Yard in Palm Beach, where he spent four years on the construction of two 130′ steel landing crafts for the Alaskan pipe line and a aluminum hydrofoil gunboat for the Israeli Navy.
After acquiring his USCG captain and FAA pilot licenses, he spent four years delivering yachts throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean.
The following several years as Director of Sales for Palm Beach Yacht Center, the worlds largest Tiara dealer. Followed by ten years with The Allied Marine Group, consistently receiving accolades for brokerage and numerous awards from builders including Hatteras and Ferretti.
Over the years he has enjoyed a consistently high level of success, which is attributed to an in depth knowledge of yacht construction and cost, a professionally aggressive attitude and his innate ability to match clients’ needs with the right yacht.
